Julie joined PRNSA in 2025 after seven years as Chief Ranger at the Seashore, and 30 years total at the Park Service. She says in her experience, horse patrol is the best way to connect with park visitors, and she’s excited to continue contributing to conservation projects and visitor engagement through this new role.
