Pride in Our Park WalkFri, June 30
Happy Pride Month! This year, Point Reyes National Seashore Association (PRNSA) and the National Park Service are celebrating with our second annual Pride in Our Park Walk on Friday, June 30. This public event offers an opportunity to celebrate and honor the contributions of the LGBTQ+ community to equity in public lands, and to promote inclusion at our own park.
Alongside NPS and PRNSA staff, our park’s Superintendent, volunteers, and friends, we will meet at 10am at the Bear Valley Trailhead. From there, we will make our way to Divide Meadow, pausing to allow time for reflection. This hike is relatively flat, and approximately 3 miles. We expect to be back at the trailhead by 12pm.
We’ll be bringing flags, festive gear, and snacks to share — all we need is you!
RSVP not required, but encouraged.
