Kim brings a deep passion for conservation and community building to Point Reyes, where she is focused on strengthening and expanding a network of engaged supporters. With over a decade of experience in equity-driven nonprofit work, she takes a strategic, relationship-driven approach to fundraising—aligning donor engagement, partnerships, and grantmaking with long-term organizational goals. At the heart of her work is a commitment to connecting people to place: ensuring that more individuals and community members can experience, learn from, and care for Point Reyes.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kim is a former Park Ranger with a deep commitment to coastal conservation and environmental stewardship. Her career spans cross-sector partnerships and fundraising initiatives across local and international contexts—including development work abroad and collaborations with Indigenous communities in Montana and Hawai’i. These experiences ground her approach to trust-based philanthropy, expanding access to public lands, and cultivating sustainable, values-aligned support.
