Blanca is an enterprise transformation executive focusing on organizational effectiveness and leadership development with more than 25 years of experience helping life science organizations build the leadership, culture, and capabilities that enable innovation. Her career has spanned engineering, manufacturing, marketing, organizational change, talent development, and organizational strategy, partnering with leaders to navigate growth and transformation.
A proud alumna of Richmond public schools, Blanca studied Chemical Engineering at UCLA, Liberal Arts at John F. Kennedy University, and completed the Executive MBA Program at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business as part of the inaugural Bio-Rad cohort.
Blanca’s connection to Point Reyes is deeply personal. As the oldest of six siblings, she discovered early that nature offered a rare sense of peace and perspective. Since then, the seashore has been a place of renewal, inspiration, and adventure, strengthening her commitment to preserving its extraordinary treasures for future generations.
Blanca lives in the East Bay with her husband and is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational proficiency in French and Italian. Her favorite trail is Muddy Hollow.
