Whale Watching Wonders
April 3, 2021The Point Reyes National Seashore Association is proud to host our annual Whale Watching Wonders event. After missing out last year, its great to be able to make this work. Come help us count the many whales that pass by the coast, as they make their way north with their newborn babies! This outdoor event is designed for family fun, and everyone is welcome. We will meet at the Chimney Rock parking lot, where PRNSA staff will guide you near the cliffs’ edge. Help us spot whales through scopes and binoculars. In between whale sightings, we will offer lessons on cetacean biology and behavior. It will be a fun and interactive day watching the largest animals in our National Seashore with your family. This is a very low cost event with limited space so register today and mark your calendar!
