Geoffrey is partner at Wareham Development, a developer/owner of research campuses housing Bay Area biotech firms. His wife Janice is also a commercial real estate professional. Geoffrey and Janice have spoken at Harvard and Columbia about how couples can navigate the challenges of having both successful careers and successful marriages. They have three grown daughters and split time between San Francisco and Marshall, CA.
Geoffrey and Janice love kayaking and hiking Point Reyes. When visiting, their daughters and son-in-law enjoy cycling with Geoffrey on the beautiful farm roads of West Marin. Geoffrey is an avid adventure racer, where participants move through back country using map and compass to find checkpoints by foot, by mountain bike, and by kayak in events ranging for 8 to 72 hours. He actively supports arts and education and has sat on several boards related to these interests. Geoffrey is past president and current treasurer of the non-profit that runs the free last mile transit service in Emeryville California and has taken leadership roles in groups in local Point Reyes area groups. He is very excited to pay his love of the outdoors forward through the good work done by PRNSA.
